I had a case with this person before and it was a complete nightmare. My personal opinion is that he knows he is not going to get fired from the patent office and; therefore, he just does not care.

I am curious if anyone wonders what would happen if the USPTO and this website collaborate together to first weed-out the obvious inaccurate, humorous, self-serving, etc. comments and second try to improve the quality of patent examiners based on some of the more accurate feedbacks.

I think behind some of the comments there might be at least a scintilla of truth.
