Advertiser to provide ad in GIF, JPG, or animated GIF format.
Banners may rotate displaying the ads of several advertisers. All Banners rotate
in sequence so that each advertiser receives the same number of impressions during
the same period.
Advertisers decide in advance on the number of ad impressions that they wish to
purchase and their ads run until their campaign is completed.
